Overview of the Custom Product Development Process:

Step One:
Submit RFQ (request for quote) with as much information about the product required.

Step Two:
KBS will review the RFQ and submit a quotation based on the information provided within 48 hours.

Step Three:
If Approved, an order is required to start producing a sample / prototype.

Step Four:
Upon approval of the sample / prototype, full production will commence.

Step Five:
Delivery of finished product.

The above process normally takes approximately 4-12wks depending on the project and availability of components
